I'm Happy; are you?
I found a great Japanese snack (if you can handle wasabi peas and nori maki). It's Hapi Snacks Mixed Crackers.
The moto for Hapi Snacks is, "A Festival Treat - Hapi Snacks for Happy Times!"
Further reading of the can states it's a product of Thailand. It's all good, though; it's a Japanese treat! Alot of my favorite flavors come from Thailand anyway...
My kid really loves Kake No Tani. Unfortunately for me, I once saw what a cockroach egg looks like... 4 comments

Mmmmmmm....I love wasabit peas. In fact, a friend of mine and I were just talking about them about two weeks ago. Weird conicidence, considering how little I usually talk about wasabi peas.
I actually like the malaysia kind just as much though (without the wasabi.) I think they are slightly less caloric and are fried in coconut oil.
