I finished watching
...Tenchi Muyo! Ryo-Ohki the third OVA! I can tell you that I am a fanatical Tenchi Muyo! fanboy. I also have to admit that, although not quite up to par with the last voice actress to voice Ryoko, the new one did a great enough job to not lose the character of Ryoko.
The first DVD has the first three episodes for this OVA. It pretty much sets up the story for the action to come in the second DVD. I didn't really like the flashback scened in the first ep. I suppose it was needed to catch up those who haven't recently watched to othe OVAs. The opening theme felt like a variation on the last OVAs op. Enjoy!
